About
Urban Renewal Authority (trading as Renewal SA) awarded a contract to Villawood Properties for the design and delivery of an all-new community on 45 hectares in Aldinga, South Australia.
The contract covered a transformational masterplanned greenfield development intended to set a new benchmark for high-quality greenfield development and to contribute to the character, sustainability and prosperity of the coastal Adelaide township.
Renewal SA had invited proposals through a Request for Proposal process for the development opportunity.
The award to Villawood Properties followed Renewal SA's RFP process and assigned a private master developer responsibility for planning and delivering a 45-hectare greenfield residential and community project.
