Department Of Education, Training and Employment awarded a contract to Baroque Group Pty Ltd for the design and construction (with design responsibility) of the Tuckshop and FlexiSpace refurbishment at Kruger SS, 170 Kruger Parade, Bellbird Park QLD 4300, under the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) and FlexiSpace (FLEX) program.

The scope covered complete refurbishment of all existing internal tuckshop areas, installation of a new cold room, significant upgrades to the main kitchen, creation of a separate uniform shop, and demolition and replacement of the existing roof system.

It also included a new concrete slab and shade structure linked to Classroom 4 of Teaching Block 6, along with minor repairs and internal refurbishment works.

Contract requirements included appropriate QBCC builders’ licences and $1,000,000 professional indemnity insurance, with completion by December 2025.
