The contract covered demolition of nominated existing elements and the construction of a new centralised outdoor space, including earthworks, footings, drainage and irrigation services, hard and soft landscaping, retaining walls, seating and timber elements, playground equipment and shade structures, planting and associated finishes, all integrated and delivered in accordance with the consultant’s design as detailed in "PROMSA26091 - Annexure 1 – Scope, Specifications and Drawings".

The procurement was managed by Programmed Facility Management on behalf of the Department of Housing and Works and the Department of Education.
