About

Department of Justice and Community Safety awarded a contract to Scyne Advisory Pty Ltd for annual independent audits of Information Sharing Agreements (ISAs) covering the 2025–26 and 2026–27 periods.

Civil and Enforcement Services (CES) required access to Department of Transport and Planning driver and vehicle data and Births, Deaths and Marriages data to administer and enforce infringement and court fines.

The audits assessed CES’s compliance with ISA requirements governing access, use, modification and disclosure of that data and with applicable privacy laws.
