Main Roads Western Australia awarded a contract to Garli Pty Ltd for the construction of civil works associated with the Cockburn Road signalised pedestrian crossing at Powell Road.
The scope included constructing a left-turn slip lane from Cockburn northbound to Powell Road, widening the existing median, lowering the eastern-side footpath to a pedestrian ramp, replacing kerbs, and replacing and extending footpaths.
