Programmed Facility Management awarded a contract to Molivi Construction Pty Ltd for construction of a new general classroom at Oberthur Primary School, 21 Nicholls Cres, Bull Creek WA 6149, on behalf of the Department of Finance and the Department of Education.

The contract scope comprised site preparation and set out, ground-penetrating scans, demolition works, compliance and certification, electrical works including power supply from the administration block distribution board, mechanical works (airconditioning and interlocked fresh air fan), hydraulics, concrete footings, slab and walkways, brickwork, roofing (frame and sheeting), rainwater disposal and drainage works, timber works and carpentry, doors, windows and hardware, ceiling installation, carpet tile flooring, painting and CFC sheeting to eaves.

The works expressly excluded the pathway to other areas.

All materials and installation were required to be supplied in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the scope of work.
