About
The Office of the Tasmanian Economic Regulator awarded a contract to The Centre for International Economics for consultancy services to assist in the Regulator’s inquiry under Part 5 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 into the methodology used by the Transport Commission for setting taxi fares.
The consultant was also required to provide advice relating to the Regulator’s investigation into reserve prices for Owner-Operator Taxi Licences, and to engage with key stakeholders, industry, and other persons.
