The scope required reinstating and remediating the structure to its original condition, using appropriate materials for reinstatement, repairing or replacing the roof, and finalising completion of the build.
Works were to be carried out in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and all contract documentation and compliant with Australian Standards and all relevant codes and regulations.
