The work included design and construct of covered walkways at two locations, contractor responsibility for all required compliance checks, and coordination of works that could commence during school terms with high-risk or noisy tasks required to be completed out of school hours.

There were no architect or concept drawings available, and final design/shop drawings were required to be pre-approved by Programmed Facility Management.
