Dept of Human Services - Metropolitan Health & Aged Care Services - CLOSED (See DHHS) awarded a contract to Royal Women’s Health Partnership Pty Ltd for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the new Royal Women’s Hospital facility, a $250 million capital project.
The hospital will be one of the southern hemisphere's leading women's hospitals, delivered under the Partnerships Victoria policy.
The contract includes a 25-year maintenance period following construction.
This public-private partnership model leverages private sector expertise for a major public health infrastructure project, with long-term maintenance obligations.
