Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage awarded a contract to Senversa Pty Ltd for a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) and asbestos-containing material (ACM) handpick at Lot 76 on DP 216831, Garden Road, Marble Bar.
The contractor was required to undertake the DSI and ACM handpick in accordance with the SAQP, document findings and make recommendations within a DSI report, and include recommendations on whether future groundwater, surface water and/or landfill gas investigations were required.
All works and the DSI report were required to comply with relevant legislation and guidelines, including those outlined in the Order Form under Required Skillset/Experience, and to undertake at minimum the tasks specified in the Order Form under Deliverables/Output/Outcome.
The award centered on delivering a regulatory-compliant site contamination assessment and ACM removal, with emphasis on documented findings and clear recommendations regarding the need for any further groundwater, surface water or landfill gas investigations.
