Grains Research and Development Corporation awarded a contract to University of Sydney for the development of a web-based tool embedded on the GRDC website to assist growers at different levels of farm safety implementation to identify where they were on the farm safety adoption pathway and to guide them on the next steps in the adoption process.
The contract delivered an online, embedded decision-support tool that assessed growers' current farm safety implementation level and provided guidance on subsequent adoption steps.
The award to a university reflected selection of an academic provider for a research-driven, user-focused digital solution to support grower adoption of farm safety practices.
