Moira Shire Council awarded a contract to @leisure Planners for the production of a detailed Master Plan for the Victoria Park/Yarrawonga Showgrounds/P12 site.
The project included delivery of a detailed project plan, communication plan, consultation plan, background and context review, community and stakeholder engagement and consultation, master plan designs and cost estimates, and a final report with concept sketches.
