About
Department of Health - Victorian Health Building Authority awarded a contract to Delta Group for the early works package of the Ballarat Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) Centre.
The YPARC program, a $141 million expansion in response to the Royal Commission into Victoria’s Mental Health System, will provide short and medium-term residential treatment and support for young people aged 16-25 with mental health issues.
Each unit will accommodate 10 beds.
This early works contract signals the start of a major mental health infrastructure investment, with Delta Group securing foundational site preparation before the main construction tender.
