Western Australia Police Force awarded a contract to Kardan Construction (Kardan Australia Pty Ltd) for the collection, transport and installation of Body Worn Camera (BWC) mounting hardware from a nominated District Office to multiple WA Police Force facilities located across rural and remote Western Australia.
Works were completed in live operational environments and were required to minimise disruption to the Customer's operations.
The requirement to collect, transport and install hardware across rural and remote sites and to operate within live police environments highlighted the importance of logistics, mobile installation capability and experience managing installations with minimal operational disruption.
