About
Programmed Facility Management awarded a contract to Empower Solar Australia (Taiga Holdings Pty Ltd) for a multi-use panel arrangement to support solar panel installations under the WA State Government Clean Energy Technology program.
The arrangement formed part of Programmed FM's engagement by the Department of Finance and the Department of Education to deliver solar installations at public schools across the state, including sites in the Perth metropolitan area.
Empower Solar Australia was contracted to provide a specialised multi-use panel to be utilised on this program and on future works across a selection of Perth metro school sites, and the arrangement was available for any solar panel installation works managed by Programmed FM for the Department of Education.
The award reflected a continuation of centralized procurement for school solar projects via Programmed FM, enabling repeatable deployment across multiple sites and allowing a specialist solar installer to deliver program-wide installations.
