Department of Education awarded a contract to Rider Levett Bucknall WA Pty Ltd for quantity surveying services to deliver comprehensive annual valuations of the Department's building and infrastructure assets.

Centralising annual valuations with a specialist quantity surveyor supported consistent, expert measurement across the Department’s ~850 sites and used a fixed 1 July valuation date to align asset records for year‑end reporting and asset management.
