About
Health Support Services awarded a contract to Titan Recruitment (Titan Recruitment pty ltd) for business analyst support to the EMR Program.
The work supported the development and finalisation of a Final Draft Program Definition Plan and included requirements gathering and development across technical, clinical, financial, functional and non-functional domains as part of procurement workstream activities.
Activities included translating business and clinical requirements into technical requirements; mapping and supporting finalisation of the capability map and model; aligning items to the Base Capability Model; broader stakeholder engagement; workshop setup, management and facilitation; and documentation of requirements in accordance with agreed formats and templates to meet procurement requirements.
The supplier also assisted with Program Definition Plan development and write-up and performed other ad-hoc business analyst tasks as required.
The engagement combined clinical, technical and procurement-facing analysis, indicating a need for suppliers with health IT business analysis capability and stakeholder facilitation experience.
