Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment awarded a contract to LG Valuation Services Pty Ltd for provision of 2016 statutory valuation services for the Glamorgan Spring-Bay Municipal Area.

The contract covered completion of fresh valuations for about 5,200 properties as at 1 July 2016 for three valuation bases: Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value.

The supplier prepared correspondence and reports arising from objections and queries and, if required, prepared proofs of evidence for Court-related actions.

The work included statistical analysis, property reviews, investigations and inspections, and the preparation and submission of project plans, documentation and regular reports.

The contract also included an option to undertake supplementary valuations (Land Value, Capital Value and Assessed Annual Value) to 31 January 2017 on a fixed rate schedule of fees, including associated correspondence, reports and potential court evidence.
