Hume City Council awarded a contract to Black Truffle Catering for the provision and serving of meals and supper for Council meetings, typically held on Monday evenings at various locations within the municipality.

The service includes meals for approximately 28 to 30 people between 6pm and 7pm, with availability for ad hoc meetings Tuesday to Friday on two days' notice.

The contractor also provides light supper, which is set out by Council Global Learning Centre or Hall keeping staff at the conclusion of meetings, and is responsible for set-up and clean-up of the dining room and kitchen area.
