About
Public Transport Authority awarded a contract to Edinbridge Pty Ltd for the provision of Coordinating Project Engineers (CPE) services to support the delivery of major road and METRONET rail projects under the Office of Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery (OMTID).
The CPEs are responsible for coordinating and integrating technical and engineering requirements across up to seven key areas, including the Thornlie-Cockburn Link, Yanchep Rail Extension, Morley-Ellenbrook Line, Bayswater Station and Turnback Upgrade, Byford Rail Extension, and Inner Armadale Line Level Crossing Removal Program.
The contract commenced in January 2021, with an initial term of two years and options for two one-year extensions.
This contract reflects the PTA's strategy to centralize engineering management for large-scale transport projects, ensuring consistency and accountability across multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives.
