About
Department for Energy and Mining awarded a contract to Akera for electrical connections advisory services to support the Hydrogen Jobs Plan (HJP), the Port Bonython Hydrogen Hub (PBHH) projects and related private-sector investment around the Upper Spencer Gulf.
The contract provided specialist advisory personnel embedded within the Office of Hydrogen Projects South Australia (OHPSA) offices in Adelaide CBD for up to approximately 25 hours per week to undertake Transmission Project Management and Integration, Network Connection Planning and Network Connection Management, Project Management, and integration of the transmission stream for OHPSA, and to perform other related services as requested by OHPSA.
The engagement was for a one-year period with an option for a further one-year and was intended to assist the OHPSA transmission workstream to identify and deliver a fit-for-purpose transmission solution within the projects' ambitious timeframes and budget.
