Provision of Event Management, Storage, Distribution and Printing Services to the Road Safety Commission — Awarded to Impact Communications

Western Australia Police Force awarded a contract to Impact Communications (Impact Communications Pty Ltd) for the provision of event management, storage, distribution and printing services to support the Road Safety Commission's delivery of community events across Western Australia.

Under the contract Impact Communications provided professional event planning and coordination services statewide under the direction of the Commission; storage, management, distribution, set-up and pack-down of signage, stock and other inventory; and printing services as required.

Coordination for other events and ad hoc services was available on an as-needed basis during the Contract Term.

The Commission expected to deliver approximately six events per year, although that number could change during the term.

The resulting Head Agreement constituted a standing offer, enabling the Customer to issue Orders (each an individual Contract) on an as-required basis for the duration of the Term.
