About

Mental Health Commission awarded a contract to Moore Australia Audit (WA) for internal audit services under the Outsourced Supply Model (CUAAFA2024 - Category A).

The single-contractor arrangement tasked Moore Australia Audit (WA) to undertake internal audits over the term of the customer contract, focusing on identified risk areas of governance, compliance and service delivery aligned with strategic priorities and evolving risks.

The audits were a mix of risk-based, compliance-based and performance-based activities and generally covered annual data validation; records management; compliance with commissioning strategy, plans and internal policies; work health and safety management; and cybersecurity penetration testing.

The Commissioner retained the ability to commission additional audits outside the scheduled Audit Plan.
