About

Department Of Education, Training and Employment awarded a contract to Kimini Constructions for the refurbishment of the Block C Hospitality Kitchen at Earnshaw State College in Banyo, QLD.

The project, under the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) program, involved enclosing a part of the veranda to increase functionality, refurbishing with new fixtures and fittings, and adding a café and storage area.

The contract required the winning bidder to hold appropriate QBCC Builders licences and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

The construction work was required to allow continued operation of classrooms and was set for completion by June 2025.
