Main Roads Western Australia awarded a contract to MJB Underground Utilities (B & D Goldfields PTY LTD) for the relocation of Water Corporation assets due to planned roadworks on Great Eastern Highway/West Kalgoorlie Road.
The scope included installation of 500m of DN100 PVC pipe and one DN100 Gate Valve, and removal of 480m of DN100 AC pipe.
This contract demonstrates the coordination between road infrastructure projects and utility asset management, a common requirement in urban development.
