About
Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics awarded a contract to Ngaliwurru-Wuli Aboriginal Corporation for repairs and maintenance at rest areas and truck bays on Victoria Highway and at Bulla Camp Airstrip and Amanbidji Airstrip for a period of 36 months.
The scope includes rubbish collection and removal, cleaning of road and marine amenity area furniture and toilet blocks, graffiti removal, grass cutting and trimming, weeding, water tank and water maintenance, and maintenance of barbecues, as per Standard Specific for Civil Maintenance (V9.1).
This contract supports remote infrastructure upkeep and engages an Indigenous corporation, aligning with government priorities for regional development and Aboriginal participation.
