Locations were referenced to Standard Drawing CS3602-0 and related civil standard drawings.
The contract consolidated post-disaster pavement stabilisation, bitumen resealing and drainage/batter maintenance across urban, rural and protected areas (including Kakadu NP and aerodrome sites), requiring a contractor capable of both sealed and unsealed road works and coordination across multiple jurisdictions—an indication that such awards prioritise multidisciplinary civil capability and logistical coordination.
