The contract engaged a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to replace the existing system, which reached end of life in 2024 and was scheduled to lose ongoing technical support from August 2026; without replacement, faults or breakdowns from that date would not have been actionable, resulting in reduced security and coverage at the court.
The award therefore addressed the system end-of-life and the impending loss of technical support to restore supported security capability for the court.
