About
Landgate awarded a contract to Fredon WA Electrical Pty Ltd for the replacement of the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) at its Midland office (1 Midland Square) and for the provision of ongoing routine maintenance and breakdown repairs.
The contract addressed a UPS that had been deemed to be reaching end of life and reporting major faults; the UPS provided critical backup power to keep essential equipment operating and to reduce the risk of downtime.
The replacement delivered a modern, energy‑efficient solution specified to Landgate’s requirements.
The contract also included arrangements for routine maintenance and for breakdown repairs to be provided after the defects period ended.
A mandatory site visit briefing had been scheduled for 23 January 2025.
