About
Department for Infrastructure and Transport awarded a contract to Top Coat Asphalt Contractors for resurfacing works on RN8000 Riddoch Highway between Naracoorte and Tarpeena (MM107.1-191.01) under contract 25C190 as part of the South Australian Government’s 2025-26 Asset Sustainment - Surface Renewal Program.
The scope included application of a 16/7mm S20E/S15R or equivalent binder double spray seal with fabric; asphalt overlay with planing and reinstatement; service penetrant adjustment; traffic control; pavement marking; and quality assurance testing.
