The scope included upgrading and widening Healesville-Koo-Wee Rup Road/Racecourse Road between Peet Street and Azola Drive, converting the existing roundabout at Bald Hill Road / Racecourse Roads to a signalised intersection, installing a signalised intersection at Railway Avenue/Campbell Street, and works around Rail Infrastructure and the combined service route (CSR) permanent alignment.
