About

Programmed Facility Management awarded a contract to Boodjera Group WA (Boodjera Construct Pty Ltd) for refurbishments at Unit 17–19, 16 Lawley Street (5 Sullivan Court), Spalding on behalf of the Department of Housing.

The works included amendment to the existing roofing to separate roofs and create an individual roof for Unit 19/5 Sullivan in accordance with the provided architectural drawings, specifications and building requirements.

The contractor was required to complete a signed BA3 Compliance Design Certification where required, signed by a registered Building Surveyor as per the Building Act 2011, Section 19, and the Buildings Regulations 2012, Regulations 4, 18A, 18B and 18C, and to provide all relevant documentation including engineered drawings.

Works included carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
