About
The purpose of the Consultant services is to: • Review, refine and update the Concept Design that offers the best value in terms of meeting functional demands, human and environmental requirements and affordability.
• Identify and assess environmental constraints, opportunities and mitigations of the updated Concept Design that complies with government legislation, policies and guidelines.
• Prepare environmental documentation which enables TMR to refer and seek approval under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
• Integrate the Masterplan and environmental assessment processes to ensure the approach and outcome is consistent through the development of a Reference Design documented as the project case in the Business Case.
• Support TMR with Business Case and environmental approvals and readiness for project delivery.
