About
Latrobe City Council awarded a contract to Johns Lyng Regional Builders Gippsland for structural rectification and squash court refurbishment at the Churchill Leisure Centre in Churchill.
The works included refurbishment and upgrade of two existing squash courts, construction of two new squash courts on the ground floor, a new kitchenette, restoration of the adjacent meeting room, and upgrades to the mezzanine floor viewing areas.
Extensive structural rectification and drainage works were also required to stabilise sections of the existing blockwork walls.
The contract value was $501,282.54.
