South Australia Police awarded a contract to AG Security Group for appointment to the PASB Electronic Security Panel to provide electronic security requirements on an ad hoc basis.
The contract was executed on 29/04/2026, commenced on 01/05/2026 and was scheduled to complete on 30/04/2029.
The panel scope of deliverables included the supply and installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV); security and access control systems including barriers, gates, doors, sliding doors, roller doors and emergency exits; fibre and data cabling; duress systems; Gallagher security products; and 24/7 monitoring.
The panel also covered end-to-end solutions encompassing security audits, design, installation, integration and maintenance.
Suppliers appointed to the panel were to be requested to provide quotes for electronic security requirements and solutions as and when required by SAPOL during the panel term, with RFQ invitations including specifications of the goods and services required.
The panel model established a multi-year, on-call procurement route emphasizing integrated installation, monitoring and maintenance capabilities, which favoured suppliers able to deliver both product supply (including branded products like Gallagher) and ongoing operational services.
