About
Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment awarded a contract to Roberts Ltd for the supply, delivery and installation of pipeline and pump equipment for Bothwell.
The contract covered supply and delivery of 2,500 m of polyethylene pipe PN8, 315 mm diameter (PE80 or PE100); supply and delivery of 2,500 m of polyethylene pipe PN6.3, 315 mm diameter (PE80 or PE100); supply of up to five 90 kW, 3-phase, 415 V water pumps; and provision and installation of manual electrical start equipment and associated electrical installation.
The technical specifications (PE80/PE100 315 mm mains and 90 kW pumps) reflected a focus on durable polyethylene distribution mains and high-capacity pumping, combining bulk material supply with electromechanical installation requirements.
