About
Western Australia Police Force awarded a contract to West Australian Mechanical Services (West Australian Mechanical Services Pty Ltd) for the supply and installation of a new air-conditioning system at the Radio and Electronic Services Unit (RESU) building in Maylands.
The work involved removing two existing Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) units and installing new units in the mezzanine level server room, replacing the Johnson control system with a new monitoring and control system, and providing a secondary monitoring system.
The contract was a fixed lump sum covering all mechanical and electrical works, including builders work and other necessary tasks, to be carried out during normal work hours.
