The contract covered works at Lot 166, 2 Herbert Way, Wickham, WA 6720; Lot 205, 37 Nelley Way, Wickham, WA 6720; Lot 25, 7B Galbraith Road, Karratha, WA 6714; Lot 25, 5C Galbraith Road, Karratha, WA 6714; Lot 25, 7C Galbraith Road, Karratha, WA 6714; and Lot 25, 5D Galbraith Road, Karratha, WA 6714.
Programmed Facility Management acted on behalf of the Department of Communities and had sought suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the specified security screen works across the nominated DoC sites.
Contracts for security screen and door retrofits of government housing stock frequently went to specialist glazing and door contractors able to supply and install fittings across multiple nearby properties, enabling consolidation of work and streamlined maintenance for social housing portfolios.
