About

Department of Human Services (DHS) awarded a contract to IOCANE PTY LTD for the provision of network hardware and managed network services under the mandated across-government Network Hardware & Service Marketplace (NHSM) agreement.

The contract supported DHS's critical network infrastructure and its integration with the broader StateNet environment, and was issued to meet the requirement that DHS hold a support agreement with a vendor listed on the NHSM roster.

The award covered transition of services to the new across-government NHSM contract for network managed services and addressed DHS's hybrid environment, which included on-premise infrastructure that formed part of the StateNet managed network, a presence in an Adelaide-based data centre, and cloud infrastructure hosted by public cloud service providers.
