About

Moira Shire Council awarded a contract to CPE Construction for Stage 2 fire separation works between the Yarrawonga Library Complex and the adjacent Yarrawonga Shire Hall.

The works responded to a requirement created by the introduction of a connecting canopy and provided fire separation in accordance with the National Construction Code, the approved fire engineering design and all applicable statutory requirements.

The contract specified a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) of 120/120/120 for the nominated building elements.
