The Australian Submarine Agency is seeking a supplier for a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week paramedical capability at HMAS Stirling, Western Australia, to support the Submarine Rotational Force‑West emergency preparedness and response function. Services include provision of Advanced Life Support (ALS) qualified paramedics, emergency medical response, casualty assessment and treatment, incident medical command capability, emergency patient transfer coordination, integration with Defence and Western Australian emergency services, and participation in emergency exercises and training activities. The successful tenderer will be required to maintain continuous operational readiness, appropriate clinical governance arrangements, required licences and approvals, medical consumables and equipment, hazardous environment response capability, and compliance with all applicable Commonwealth and Western Australian legislative requirements while supporting Defence operational requirements including submarines berthed within Fleet Base West.
