About

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport is seeking a supplier for a modern Account Based Ticketing solution in which all fare calculations, validations, and customer account updates are processed centrally within the back-office rather than at the card or device level. The solution must integrate seamlessly with the existing Adelaide Metro ticketing equipment and infrastructure while progressively enabling the transition to an account-based architecture.
