Services Australia is seeking a supplier to provide agent services 37.5 hours per week in Margaret River to deliver face-to-face information services and free self-help facilities on behalf of the agency. Agents will offer an internet-enabled computer, Wi‑Fi, phone and scanner/photocopier/printer to help people access government services; Services Australia will provide training and equipment and will pay the successful applicant in accordance with its fee structure, with weekly hours and payment reviewed annually.
