Proposed solution must fit in current sterilizer location and not require widening/removal/structural modification of doors, walls or access points — if it does, you must detail works, assumptions and costs.

Provide full capital works data (weights, dimensions, power, water, drainage, ventilation and heat loads) — missing items may prevent installation planning.

All documentation responses must go into green cells of the spreadsheet; attachments must be embedded or named exactly in the cell.
