About

Banyule City Council is seeking a supplier to undertake two asset condition assessment work packages under one RFQ: (1) Parks and Open Space Asset Data Collection and Condition Assessment; and (2) Bridge Data Collection and Level 2 Condition Assessment. Services include field inspections, validation and collection of asset inventory data, condition and defect assessment, photographic records, remaining useful life assessment and the project-specific deliverables described in Part 2 and the respective Specifications. Respondents must review both Specifications and all information supplied with the RFQ and make their own assessment of resources, access requirements, site conditions, safety requirements and methodology necessary to complete the services; any Council-arranged site briefing or inspection opportunity will be advised through the e-Tender Portal.
