The contractor must supply all plant, labour, equipment and materials to carry out the works as specified and within the required timeframes, ensure all work is carried out by licensed/ticketed contractors conforming to relevant Australian Standards, and comply with the Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Act 2013 No 54, Work Health and Safety (Mines and Petroleum Sites) Regulation 2014, Explosives Act 2003, Explosives Regulation 2013, Work Health & Safety Act 2011, NSW Work, Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulation 2022, Work Health & Safety Regulation 2011 and any other relevant existing regulation pertaining to these proposed works.
