Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking a supplier for mechanical and electrical design, scoping and preparation of works to replace the existing office air conditioning system at the Capella Council Office. The current system experiences frequent breakdowns, is nearing the end of its operational life, causes escalating call-out costs and parts shortages, and results in discomfort for staff and customers during repairs.
