About

CASA is seeking a supplier for end-to-end management of its e-commerce service and the warehousing and distribution of approximately 300 products sold to CASA staff, the aviation industry and the public. The supplier will manage CASA’s Shopify 2.0 site and back-end including subscription management, online order tracking, email ordering and shipping confirmation, and provision of secure payment processing and customer invoicing processed in Australia; and will implement and manage the supply chain on a fee-for-service basis from customer order to delivery and restocking. Operational requirements include warehousing (current holdings ~160 pallets; storage requirement approx. 200 pallets), pick-n-pack product assembly, receiving and computerized inventory restocking, real-time inventory management with reporting and analysis, quality control, and customer complaints and returns handling. Indicative annual order volumes are about 3,000 domestic orders and 70 international orders.
