City of Bunbury is seeking suppliers to join a Panel of pre-approved providers to deliver a range of event-related goods and services in support of the City’s community and major events program, including festivals (Christmas in the City, Skyfest, Youth Week, Arts), civic ceremonies, community activations (Walk for Reconciliation) and major sporting events. The City will establish a Panel of Prequalified Suppliers across ten categories covering audio visual and photo equipment and supplies; building products and materials; construction and operation; event management and services; furniture and furnishings; parking, traffic services and equipment; plant and equipment hire; security services and equipment; and signs and barriers.
